Products are built and supported by independent authors. We operate the platform, review what gets listed, handle payment and tax, and hold each sale's money until the refund window on it has closed.
How a purchase works
- You buy an item under a specific licence — the licence you choose is recorded against the purchase and shown on your invoice.
- You get an immediate download, a unique purchase code, and a GST invoice.
- Downloads are served through signed, time-limited links tied to your account. Source files are never published to a public URL.
- Support and updates come from the author, for the period stated on the item.
